Thanks to All at the Active Living Expo
The Active Living Expo at Northern Quest was a great experience. I had a filled room for my seminar, “Downsize and Energize with Real Food” and I had some great conversations at our Food Flavor Fit booth with many of the 800+ attendees.
Congratulations to Ura Norasakkunit who was the lucky winner of our Magic Bullet blender. The small bullet blenders are really good to make fast healthy drinks. Watch for future smoothie recipes that I think you will enjoy.
